We'll call to arrange a discussion visit, exploring how the use of materials in the building and design of the home (ex: stone, hardwood, brass or gold fixtures, electrical and appliances placement and more) can make your home easier to maintain from the start! Pricing matches our standard hourly technician's rate with a 2-hour minimum. *Credit Card information is required for pre-authorization, below, but you won't be charged until AFTER your site visit*
