First time cleans (for Full-Service, Professional Cleans) often range from 4-20 labor hours, from a small 1BR apartment ranging to a 4BR/4B home. The more often we come out, the faster services go, on a regular maintenance schedule - usually bi-weekly.

Cleaning starts with the design and build of a space - the showerhead, materials used, and a toilet's proximity to walls. Materials that are porous - like stone - are easily damaged by caustic cleaning chemicals, require regular re-sealing, and interior design choices like metals, patinas, fabrics and certain textures, should be planned for in a long-term cleaning budget before choosing them for your home.

LIVING WAGES
Minimum wage with us is $25/hour for technicians, and cleaning foremen and forewomen can earn $30/hour. Annual $1/hour increases are automatic for all employees.
The cleaning industry does not rely on government "tip credits", and we would never use them to justify low wages for staff. We NEVER expect, ask or pressure our clients to leave tips (customers should not subsidize employee wages for us; that's our job to handle!)
Our goal is that your service with us is completely guilt-free, with no pressure. If you do insist on leaving a tip for your technician regardless, they keep 100% of it.
PRICING: $84/labor hour
$84/labor hours means per-technician, with a $168 minimum for residential homes. Same-day services (or late bookings, and most holiday services) are time-and-a-half at $126/labor hour.
Parking costs can be charged, if they exceed $5. Expenses that we incur from illegal parking instructions that were provided by clients are charged (i.e. tickets, tows), so just be honest about where we can park, regarding spots that may be owned by neighbors or other businesses!
Drive times exceeding 30 minutes are billed at the full hourly rate, but we service everywhere (meaning, the first 30 minutes of our drive times is free). Our farthest-distance client lives near the West Virgina border, 2 hours away (meaning that 1.5 hours, each way are billed, and so an additional 3 labor hours are added to the bill, per technician).
