For us, cleaning is fun! Choose your neurospicyness level of judgement-free cleaning, with the associated guarantees. Our 2 service options are the gurantees: either we guarantee our work (a full-service, professional cleaning, charged by-the-hour, with estimates provided), or we guarantee your budget (a maid service cleaning, with a budget cap that limits our hours onsite). No service option guarantees both.

Design & Skill
The cleaning pipeline starts with the design of a space - a showerhead's shape, or a toilet's proximity to walls. Construction, interior design, and even personal styling all contribute to a cleanable home (and those who design homes are not the same people who clean them).
Materials and chemistry knowledge are vital, to ensure your service is damage-free, and safe for everyone.
So consult with us while remodeling too, for tips on making your home more cleanable! And please don't be hard on yourself - cleaning is a skilled trade, and you don't have to be good at it. In fact, we hope you aren't, because our livelihoods depend on you not doing it.

LIVING WAGES
Minimum wage is $25/hour for entry-level technicians, and our leads can quickly earn $30/hour after their probation period. Annual $1/hour increases are automatic for all employees. Additionally, we can help subsidize health insurance premiums for qualified roles, which we help techs shop for, so that their plan isn't tied to our workplace. We pay cancellation fees (or partial payouts) to technicians when they lose hours, such as due to client cancellations, and drive times in-between client homes are paid at an on-call rate, so that no one goes home hungry after a day of work.
Therefore, we never ask or pressure our clients to leave tips (customers should not subsidize employee wages for us; that's our job!) Because our industry does not receive "tip credits," any (completely optional) tips are *added* to their full normal wage, not averaged to the government minimum to justify a low hourly wage. And, they keep 100%. Our goal is that your service with us is completely guilt-free!

PRICING: $84/labor hour
Labor hours means per-technician, and we have a $168 minimum for residential homes. Same-day services (or late/next-day bookings, and most day-of-holiday services) cost time-and-a-half at $126/labor hour.
Parking costs may be charged, if they exceed $5. Expenses that we incur from illegal parking instructions that were provided by clients are charged (i.e. tickets, tows).
Drive times exceeding 30 minutes are billed at the full hourly rate, but we service everywhere (meaning, the first 30 minutes of our drive times is free). Our farthest-distance client lives near the West Virgina border, 2 hours away (meaning that 1.5 hours, each way are billed, and an additional 3 labor hours are added to the bill, per technician).
