1. Full-Service, Professional Cleaning (with a work guarantee for free touchups) - our neuro-spiciest offer.
2. Budgeted Services (with a price guarantee, instead of a work guarantee) - pick your budget!
First time, full-service cleans often range from 4 - 25 labor hours for as small as studio apartments, to a 4BR/4B home, and increase from there. Thereafter, the more often we visit, the faster it goes for maintenance.
3. Cleanable Homes Planning (each site visit costs the standard, 2-hour minimum charge)
Those who design homes are not the same people who clean them. "Cleaning" starts with the design and build of a space - material finishes, porosity, or a fixture's proximity to walls affect how "damagable" the home is by chemicals and tools, and how much time or money it requires to clean it. So, ask us before you purchase, build, or organize your home for our input!

LIVING WAGES
Our minimum wage is $25/hour for techs, and a cleaning foreperson can earn $30/hour, to start.
Our industry does not use government "tip credits" to justify low wages for staff. We NEVER expect, ask, or pressure our customers to leave tips (customers should not subsidize employee wages for us - paying them is our job!). If you do insist on leaving a tip, techs keep 100% of it.
PRICE: $93.46/labor hour
*undisclosed biohazards, illegal parking instructions, or far-range drive times may add costs per our service agreement. Rates are per-technician, before sales tax, with a 2-hour site visit minimum.
Same-day, holiday, or rush-bookings cost time-and-a-half: $140.19/labor hour pre-tax.
