Cleaning is fun for us! Our neuro-spice levels of detailing range from to "Green Bean Casserole."
1. Full-Service, Professional Cleaning (with a work guarantee for free touchups). This is our neuro-spiciest offer.
2. Budgeted Services (with a price guarantee, instead of a work guarantee - so pick your budget!)
First time cleans (for a full-service, professional clean) usually range between 4 and 25 labor hours for as small as studio apartments, ranging to a 4BR/4B home, and get more time consuming from there. Thereafter, the more often we visit, the faster it goes, on a regular schedule - usually biweekly. Room rotation schedules are fun, too.
CLEANABLE HOME PLANNING:
Those who design homes are not the same people who clean them, and "cleaning" starts with the design and build of a space. The use of contruction materials, their finishes and porosity, or a toilet, appliance's or fixture's proximity to walls, the use of metals and finishes, fabrics, and textures - all determine how "damagable" the home is by chemicals and tools, and therefore how much time or money it takes to clean it. So ask us, first!

LIVING WAGES
Our minimum wage is $25/hour for techs, and a cleaning foreperson can earn $30/hour, to start.
Our industry does not use government "tip credits" to justify low wages for staff. We NEVER expect, ask, or pressure our customers to leave tips (customers should not subsidize employee wages for us - paying them is our job!)
Your service with us is guilt-free, and judgement free - cleaning shouldn't be a pressure cooker. And, if you insist on leaving a tip for your technician, they keep 100% of it.
PRICE: $93.46/labor hour
Rates are per-technician, before sales tax, or $100/labor hour after tax, with a 2-hour minimum for residential service.
Same-day service, holiday, or rush-bookings cost time-and-a-half: $150/labor hour after tax.
*undisclosed biohazards, illegal parking instructions (tows or tickets) despite our due diligence, or drive times exceeding our service area of 30 minutes from our office in Pittsburgh, may add charges per our service agreement.
